Responsibilities & Context:
Line balancing daily morning with production In-Charge and PM.
Capacity Study for new styles.
Bottle neck has to identified through the Yamazumi & solve it daily basis.
Keep WIP data of each line to reduce input gap.
Hourly production monitoring as per line target.
Monitoring layout line as per operation bulletin.
Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.
Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.
