• Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 27 years

• Leadership skill.

• Communication skill.

• Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.

• Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.

• Inter-personal skills.

• Line balancing daily morning with production In-Charge and PM.

• Capacity Study for new styles.

• Bottle neck has to identified through the Yamazumi & solve it daily basis.

• Keep WIP data of each line to reduce input gap.

• Hourly production monitoring as per line target.

• Monitoring layout line as per operation bulletin.

• Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.

• Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.
