Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic, Furniture, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently generating leads
∎ Achievement of sales and collection target
∎ Prepare a weekly report over prospect customer with their feedback
∎ Search clients/estates and submit a detail weekly report
∎ Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders (Architects or customers, Direct customers, suppliers)
∎ Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases
∎ Monitoring competitor activity and report to supervisor
∎ To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
∎ Any kind of task that management required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Networking with the Real Estate and Architect firms.
∎ Do Not Apply if you don't have experience working with the above mentioned.

Salary: Negotiable
