∎ We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Executive, Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our digital presence, engaging with our audience through creative content, and enhancing our brand on social media platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and hands-on experience with SEO practices.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ * Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals. Engage with our audience across platforms to boost brand awareness and loyalty.
∎ * Creative Content Creation: Generate innovative content that resonates with our target audience. This includes text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
∎ * Brand Promotion: Enhance and maintain the brand’s image and voice on all digital platforms. Develop campaigns to promote services effectively.
∎ * Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
∎ * Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, including algorithm updates and new tools/techniques.
∎ Requirements:
∎ * Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized public/private university.
∎ * Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media marketing, creative content creation, and brand promotion.
∎ * Technical Skills: Knowledge of keyword research tools, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
∎ * Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for design and detail.
∎ * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bangla & English Both.
∎ * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
