Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Executive, Digital Marketing will be responsible for the following:
∎ Assisting in the planning, execution & optimization of BKL Digital Marketing
∎ Ensure coordination in between BKL Marketing Team & FC Centers for promotion & client follow-up
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
∎ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
∎ Be actively involved in SEO efforts for BKL Website (keyword, image optimization etc.)
∎ Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing (captions, FAQs) and update website
∎ Develop illustrations, visuals and other designs using software or by hand
∎ Coordination with New Parents & Center, monitoring the Client Information Tracker (CIT) Tool
Additional Requirements:
∎ High proficiency in designing software (Photoshop. Illustrator, After Effects)
∎ Proficient in English & Bangla (Writing, Speaking)
∎ Tech savvy & enthusiast in digital platforms
∎ Skills in HTML, CSS, Graphic Design, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media Marketing, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns and online Live Sessions
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Independent worker and able to work in a team oriented environment
∎ Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
∎ Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field
