• 07–10 years of working experience in the Garment Sector (especially Denim Bottom & Woven).

• Hands-on experience with Buyer requirements, particularly Target USA, Uniqlo & Zara.

• Strong fabric knowledge and technical expertise (finishing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery).

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience of the cutting process.

• Good leadership and motivation skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing.

• Proficient in Auto CAD Marker, Auto Cutting & Auto Spreading software applications.

• Ability to work long hours in factory premises on a day-to-day basis.

• Proficiency in English and Bengali (reading, writing & speaking).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce a costume in the allotted time.

• Responsible for cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.

• Assist Cutting Head to increase the productivity and reduce labor cost through updating the information i.e. problem faced on daily basis and giving target to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor.

• Apply the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement.

• Plan to remain not more than 1% wastage at cutting stage.

• Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers.

• Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans.

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.

• Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Should have basic knowledge on IE activities in cutting section.

• Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time.
