Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, data entry is must.
Proficiency of Reporting.
Very strong customer orientation.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Operating within a dynamic team and fast-moving industry environment.
Must be willing to work long hours when the need arises.
Preferable to have minimum 2-4 years’ experience in ISP/IIG/Telecom industry
CRM/Credit Card/Loan Recovery working experienced candidates will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
A concern of Mohammadi Group.
Responsibilities:
To make physical visit of those critical customers within the assigned area. (Anywhere Bangladesh).
To follow up regularly to all assigned customers payment commitment.
To submit daily, weekly and monthly collection status to reporting.
Prepare daily time wise work plan, weekly collection plan, monthly tour plan for recovery and submit to supervisor.
Achieve collection target as set by the Management for the period being.
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
Handle customers` questions or complaints.
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
