Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare costing of each product correctly and communicate with the line manager;
∎ Collect and analysis the material consumption related data and prepare variance statement in line with the BOM/ Budget;
∎ Follow & monitor RMG, Knitting & Embroidery’s operational activities as per the SOP;
∎ Monitor fabric quality inspection for finding the major fabric quality issues;
∎ Monitor operational activities like cutting jhut analysis, sewing rejection analysis, line wise capacity utilization efficiency analysis;
∎ Communicate the lost value to the operational floor;
∎ Prepare SMV variance analysis (Budget SMV & Floor SMV), CPM analysis report;
∎ Monitor the production floor regarding corrected data entry into the system;
∎ Gather the correct operational data to prepare the monthly operational data (MOD) report accurately;
∎ Prepare leftover, excess/short shipment report and share it to the line manager;
∎ Prepare comparative statement regarding utility and other related cost of the complex;
∎ Keep close relation with the store and collect data regularly regarding the inventory status;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making
∎ Highly conversant both in oral and written communications
∎ Should have capacity to drive both team, individual and communicate effectively with positive influence to drive
∎ Excellent presentation skill advance level of computer literacy especially in MS Office
