Job Responsibilities:
∎ Onboard connectivity, Transport and F&B partners with value deals for employee facility benefits and formulate the appropriate package requirements
∎ Provide employee sim cards and business cards as per new employee requisition or ad-hoc request
∎ Maintain SLA and records for all requisition and service delivery
∎ Maintain good relationship with partners to ensure uninterrupted service and drive continuous improvements
∎ Take responsibility for resolving mobile network problems, Transport and F&B complaints involving partners to drive solutions
∎ Settle invoices and billing discrepancies
∎ Monitor usage discrepancies and generate reports along with suggestions
∎ Conduct quality checks on a periodic basis and share reports
∎ Maintain a ready list of vendors for Transport and F&B with appropriate options
