Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new clients, partnerships, and sales channels to generate business growth.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
∎ Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the business development pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups, lead nurturing, and deal closures.
∎ Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, conduct pricing negotiations, and close high-value deals in alignment with company goals.
∎ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align client needs with internal capabilities.
∎ Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management, highlighting KPIs, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
∎ Qualifications & Skills:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
∎ 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in toys, retail, fashion, e-commerce, etc.
∎ Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM tools.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
