Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tracking sales target achievement and take corrective measures if required
∎ Oversee product offtake/sales volume and forecast product demand
∎ Oversee the transportation of goods from warehouse to outlets
∎ Oversee that the goods in warehouse are stored properly and at right temperature
∎ Ensure inventory level at optimum level as per demand
∎ Initiate food testing to target group as a part of marketing team
∎ Recruit and onboard new distributors for milk and milk-based products
∎ Set individual sales target, monitor regularly and take corrective measures regarding performance
∎ Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, product knowledge
∎ Ensure on time delivery of products to modern trade outlets and Distributor point

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in Beverage/ Milk and Milk-based products will get preference
