Green View Golf Resort is looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth, attract new guests, and strengthen brand presence. The role involves sales planning, client relationship management, marketing activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Identify new business opportunities and target markets

• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer preferences

• Generate leads through online, corporate, and networking channels

• Build relationships with corporate clients, agents, and guests

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Present resort services to potential clients

• Negotiate deals and close contracts

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Drive growth in rooms, events, and packages

• Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns

• Assist in content creation and seasonal promotions

• Monitor competitors and industry trends

• Analyze sales data to improve performance

• Maintain strong client relationships

• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
