Responsibilities & Context:

• Drive sales growth of FMCG and Agro products within the assigned territory.

• Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market coverage and increase revenue.

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers to ensure sustainable business growth.

• Conduct regular order collection activities and ensure effective product merchandising in retail and wholesale outlets.

• Monitor and collect outstanding receivables while ensuring timely payment realization through effective follow-up and coordination.

• Perform regular market visits to assess market conditions, monitor competitor activities, and ensure optimal product availability and visibility.

• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including market feedback, sales performance, and business development updates.
