Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing restaurant sales, promoting the brand, attracting new customers, maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and corporate clients.
Generate sales through event bookings, group reservations, and catering services.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and corporate partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market visits and client meetings regularly.
Prepare sales reports and customer databases.
Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase restaurant visibility.
Manage social media platforms and online promotions.
Coordinate with designers and agencies for promotional materials.
Develop and implement seasonal offers, discounts, and special events.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Maintain records of promotions, client visits, and business leads.
