Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Our Residential & Commercial products sell to the valuable customer.
∎ Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team.
∎ Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting·
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients·
∎ Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable to the company.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to senior management.
∎ Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
∎ Key Responsibility:
