• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production monitoring tools.

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound professional to join our Knitting team who will be responsible for fancy/specially developed fabric finishing and overall coordination from Knit to Finish of 1st Bulk Batch (Pre-Production), ensuring technical excellence, quality, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and implement appropriate finishing processes for new fabric developments.

• Ensure on-time finishing with right-first-time results for critical/fancy/1st batch fabrics.

• Ensure fashionable fabrics meet required technical standards (shrinkage, hand feel, recovery, DIA/gram, structure, etc.).

• Troubleshoot issues in pre-production to maintain consistency from sample to bulk.

• Maintain and update technical data sheets for each new development or 1st batch.

• Document all development trials and maintain approved specifications for production reference.

• First Bulk Batch/Pre Production follow up right on Knitting to Finishing following R&D/Sample Record for smooth bulk execution(to maintain RFT).
