Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining factory petty cash and records accordingly.
∎ Responsible for regularly submission of vouchers to head office accounts department.
∎ Responsible for maintaining cost center wise expenses and control the factory expenses according to the approved BP.
∎ Responsible for the preparation of annual budget, asset feasibility, variance analysis of factory expenses.
∎ Responsible for identifying, verifying and recording factory assets properly and maintaining factory assets schedule accordingly.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective and accurate monthly inventory counting in the factory and analysis the root causes of deviation if any.
∎ Responsible for verifying and recording of the all kind of conveyance and other expenses regarding factory.
∎ Responsible for adequate provision for monthly expenses at the time of month closing and reconcile with actual expenses.
∎ Responsible for recording of scrap sales and collection of proceeds from scrap customers.
∎ Responsible for verification and review of daily good receipt note and the returned products at factory.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ CA (CC) will get preference.
∎ CMA (Partly Qualified).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Manufacturing Company :Tyre, Tube, Battery, Food & Beverage, Cement Company.
∎ Must be HONEST, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
∎ Strong Excel and database skills.
