Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct job analysis & prepare Job description for all Management staff level position.
∎ Ensure approved JD is available to Management staffs all the time.
∎ Maintain the Master copy of the Organizational Organogram & time to time update it as required.
∎ Actively engage in the data Collection and R&D process to prepare/upgrade HR policy & procedure.
∎ Maintain the Master database of HR related Policy & procedure.6. Support in the R&D process to design effective PMS for Management staffs.
∎ Stay abreast about the Industry Best Practices in terms of HR & time to time give proactive suggestion to Management regarding this.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
