• Assist in planning, designing, and developing both exterior and interior layouts of stores in coordination with the management team.

• Contribute to in-store design concepts, product assortment layouts, and space utilization to ensure alignment with brand standards.

• Continuously update project manuals and specifications by identifying areas requiring revision or enhancement.

• Conduct on-site visits to observe progress, verify design implementation, and prepare detailed reports for management review.

• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with material suppliers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

• Assist in conducting site surveys, code research, and documentation during construction to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

• Support the resolution of regular maintenance or technical issues at store locations through prompt coordination with the concerned departments and personnel.

• Communicate regularly with landowners, utility and internet service providers, and local security authorities to ensure operational continuity and address urgent site-related concerns.

• Monitor project timelines and support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality within the approved budget.

• Assist in developing comprehensive construction documents, including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Support the preparation of yearly budgets, project expansion plans, proposed location selections, and design layouts in collaboration with the Business Development team, providing management with clear and structured reports for decision-making.
