Responsibilities & Context:
Record accounts payable and receivable in the Tally Accounting Software.
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
Deposit and withdraw from company bank account.
Assist in the preparation of annual and periodical financial statements.
Prepare monthly / quarterly cost statements.
Compile financial reports and maintain account books, registers, and ledgers.
Perform accounting adjustments and transaction entries as needed.
Verify and ensure accuracy of all transactions including receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in the account’s software.
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Handle payments and receipts efficiently.
Perform relevant duties as required by the department head.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
