Job Responsibilities:
∎ Built and maintain successful relationship with customers.
∎ Maintain composure and patience in face off difficult customer situation .
∎ Keep customers informed of progress during issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
∎ Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Adhering to Incident Management procedures.
∎ Must be technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
∎ Ability to prepare reports, documentations and provide formal training to users.
∎ Good understanding of IP Subnetting, OSPF, BGP, VPN, L3/L2 Tunnel, Inter-VLAN Routing.
∎ In depth knowledge on LAN/WAN design, implementation and maintenance of networking devices like JUNIPER/CISCO router, Mikrotik, switch, firewall, access point and diagnose problems.
∎ Trained new employees and explain protocols clearly and efficiently
∎ Must have to basic knowledge about Radius Server.
∎ Capable to visit Priority base client end.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Preferred experience in ISP/IIG
∎ CCNA / MTCNA will be preferred.
