Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Bsc in CSE/EEE/ECE/ETE or relevant degree;

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Training/ Professional Certification required (If any): CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, JNCIA- Junos, JNCIS-SP, JNCIP-SP.

• Configure Router/Switch/Firewall/OLT/ONU of multiple vendor.

• Hands on experience on Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Mikrotik router and switch.

• Strong knowledge about OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and layer-2, layer-3, tunneling/VPN.

• Configure & monitor internet, data connectivity.

• Stronger troubleshot skill about multivendor wireless devices and controller.

• Attend onsite support and managing Documentation.

• Manage devices provided by Race online at Customer end.

• Coordinate other respective team for support and solution.

• Reporting and network monitoring on ADHOC troubleshooting;

• Troubleshooting on FTTx network;

• Attend promotional activity on behalf of KAM.

• SLA maintenance;
