Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate from relevant discipline like business development, marketing etc.
∎ Educational requirements can be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager-Retail Sales will be responsible for, but not limited to:
∎ Promoting the brand image of Orbit
∎ Research and prepare market analysis report regularly
∎ Design and execute relevant marketing and sales strategy
∎ New customer identification & retention of existing giving customer service top priority.
∎ Management and supervision of sales team activities.
∎ Ensuring sustainable market growth by building customer relations
∎ Building good relationship with distributors, meeting and coordinating with distributors
∎ Ensuring proper support service for distributors by coordinating different
∎ Arranging training for sales executives to ensure required performance
∎ Preparation of different management reports as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
∎ Experience in retail sales management in a renowned ISP/IIG service company is preferable
∎ Strong written skills in English is a must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Demonstrated skills in planning and integration
∎ Team management skill
∎ Ready to take cross functional role
∎ Hard working.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
