Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oxfam is looking for Senior EFSVL Officer to work with the humanitarian team to contribute in EFSVL programming (e.g. Farmer Market Intervention) through providing technical and management support.
∎ To take initiative for Need Assessment, Project Development, Project Implementation and Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) with strong coordination with partners, affiliate, INGOs, Consortium, and Food Security Cluster.
∎ This role demand dynamic person who is proactive to invent innovation and high-quality work for building capacity, formulate advocacy in delivering Large Scale Cash Based Intervention (CBI) Delivery Project in good linkage with Resilience and Social Protection work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of field experience in the implementation of EFSVL programme;
∎ 5 years in relief, recovery and development work with INGO / NGO/ or Government, and knowledge and experience of work in EFSVL interventions, especially use of cash for work, cash grant and cash vouchers and livelihood related interventions (e.g. Income Generating Activities and Vocational Training);
∎ Fluent oral and written communication skills in both Bangla and English languages; Strong project cycle skills:
∎ assessments, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and strategic planning skills;
∎ Diplomacy, tact and negotiation skills as well as sensitivity to cultural differences;
∎ Strong commitment to social justice, social protection, promoting women transformational leadership and equality;
∎ Experience/knowledge in data entry and database management and mobile device and other software technology (e.g. SCOPE Platform; Survey (CTO).

Salary:
∎ BDT. 1,056,451 per annum (13 months)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 10% market supplement with other benefits e.g. hardship allowance, medical for spouse and children, contributory Provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance etc.
