• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Shopify platform

• Experience working with digital marketing and Facebook Ads

• Good understanding of inventory and order management systems

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

YAMAAN is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize our online business operations. If you have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong understanding of digital sales processes, we’d love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and data entry on Shopify website

• Process, track, and manage online orders efficiently

• Coordinate with packing team for proper order fulfillment

• Maintain and reconcile stock between physical inventory and website

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing team and review social media posts

• Monitor and review Facebook Ads performance

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback

• Align with Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth operations
