Has a clear idea about how the software industry operates. Like licensing, pricing, customer support, transaction processes, etc.
Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques. Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge in Inbound Sales, SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Marketing, etc.

Responsibility
Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and audience research to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
Define and refine product positioning, brand messaging, and go-to-market strategies for each product line.
Lead paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) — from planning to optimization and reporting.
Craft high-converting sales, ad, email, and video copies that drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce data-informed creative assets and brand storytelling.
Design, implement, and optimize marketing and sales funnels, ensuring maximum ROI through testing and automation.
Drive continuous A/B testing, growth experiments, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Build and maintain strong analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.
Lead product launch campaigns and cross-functional go-to-market executions.
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Mentor junior marketers and contribute to the development of scalable marketing processes.
