Must Maintain the office hour with proper grooming (9.00 AM-6.00 PM)
Responsibilities & Context:
Guide students who want to study abroad by helping them choose the right country, course, and university.
Talk with students and their parents in person or online to give proper advice.
Handle the full counselling — collecting documents, and following up with the team.
Build good relationships with students and their guardians.
Have basic knowledge about embassies and how the admission and visa process works.
Help organize seminars, student interviews, and education fairs.
Keep records updated in the system or database.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on student inquiries and progress.
Follow company rules and make sure student recruitment is done legally and properly.
Join training sessions and stay updated on study abroad rules and changes.
Support the company’s growth through teamwork and new ideas.
Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance during office hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
