• Age 27 to 36 years

• Consult with students and guardians over the phone regarding the admission procedures of foreign universities, specifically for study abroad opportunities in the Australia, New Zealand & Canada.

• Call and follow up with leads regularly to ensure proper guidance and conversion.

• Create and manage client profiles, maintain a visitors database, and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Build strong relationships with customers both over the phone and in person.

• Host seminars with prospective students to promote services and provide information.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information, as required.

• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain organized files and records.

• Receive and respond to emails, and carry out marketing and promotional activities through online channels and newspaper advertisements.
