Professional Experience

• Qualifications for a Senior Contracts Engineer with 10 Years of Experience in FIDIC EPC, Contractual Claims, and EOT

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing contracts within the construction industry.

• Proven experience with FIDIC EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.

• Extensive experience in managing and preparing contractual claims, including Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Technical Skills

• In-depth understanding of FIDIC contract principles and application.

• Proficiency in contract administration, including interpretation, negotiation, and enforcement of contract terms.

• Expertise in claims management, including identification, preparation, submission, and negotiation of claims.

• Competence in handling EOT claims, including time impact analysis and delay analysis techniques.

Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze contractual documents, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to draft clear and concise contractual correspondence and documentation.

• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

• Project Management

• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Experience in coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project objectives.
