Sound knowledge of BNBC / AISC / IS design codes
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Engineer experienced in both Steel Structure Design and Civil Construction Supervision to lead multiple ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing design works in the office and ensuring quality supervision on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze steel structures (PEB, Frame, Shed, etc.)
Supervise RCC building construction, prepare BOQ, material estimates, and progress reports
Use AutoCAD, STAAD Pro / ETABS / Tekla for design and analysis
Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and clients on-site
Guide and monitor site engineers and supervisors
