We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef and an assistant Chef for our kitchen.
∎ Greet and engage with customers.
∎ Responsible for daily kitchen operations.
∎ Dedicated to improving guest satisfaction.
∎ Must ensure sanitation and food standards.
∎ Coordinating with the store team for ordering purposes.
∎ Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
∎ Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
∎ Provides direction for menu development.
∎ Keeping up to date with industry trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in any renowned restaurant/pastry shop/ diner/ café/ luncheonette.
∎ Must be proactive and energetic
∎ Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts.
∎ Must have excellent food presentation skills.
∎ Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
∎ Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.
∎ Actively seek out new and continuous sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
