• At least 5 years

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP and E-commerce systems.
• Experience with ERP and E-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of system integration and data migration
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing or participating in projects, with a good understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology trends.

• As a Sr. Business Analyst specializing in ERP and E-commerce systems, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing our business processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP and e-commerce platforms align with business objectives and enhance overall performance. Your expertise will help us drive efficiencies, improve system integrations, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements related to ERP and e-commerce systems. Design and implement solutions that optimize processes and enhance system functionality.

• Develop professional grade Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use Case Document, Process Flow Diagram, Activity Diagram in order to record system requirements

• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve system efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and system designs.

• Oversee the integration of ERP and e-commerce systems with other business applications. Ensure seamless data flow and compatibility between systems.

• Analyze data from ERP and e-commerce platforms to generate insights and recommendations. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet business requirements and quality standards. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

• Provide support to end-users and develop training materials to enhance user proficiency with ERP and e-commerce systems.

• Manage relationships with software development vendors. Evaluate new solutions and technologies to recommend enhancements or upgrades.
