Currently STL is looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for the following position:
∎ Department: Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategy to reach target customers effectively, communicate the value proposition of the product to them and influence their purchase decision to ensure consumer acquisition.
∎ Exploring untapped consumer demand and new products to meet the demand as a way to carry sustainable growth avenue for the brand
∎ Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand equity by formulating marketing mix and accordingly implement plans to maintain growth of assigned brands
∎ Forecast target and consumption for the assigned brands considering the past trend, consumer insight and future potential
∎ Work closely with stakeholders including Product Development, Sales, Commercial, A&F, Distribution and creative agencies to make sure that the brand values and messages are delivered accordingly
∎ Find out business opportunity in terms of future product concept & market potential and coordinate the innovation projects for assigned brands & evaluate new brands & extensions
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor's marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the product to the right target group
∎ Maintain the internal work process and prevailing regulatory compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office
