Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • A minimum of 3 years in a Quality Assurance or Product Safety role/
∎ • Relevant experience in children’s apparel will be highly advantage.
∎ • Auditing experience in related Industries preferred
∎ • Bachelor degree preferred with a focus in apparel or similar discipline
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Quality Control/ Inspect
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Support and develop the Process Compliance Audit for garment factories.
∎ • Conduct the Process Compliance Audit where applicable.
∎ • Provide training and support for Process Compliance Audits regionally
∎ • Collaborate and coordinate with the regional QA teams to conduct Process Compliance Audits regionally.
∎ • Review and analyze the Process Compliance audit reports.
∎ • Capture and follow through on corrective and preventive action plans.
∎ • Maintain the audit result database and schedule audits in accordance with agreed timelines.
∎ • Create and support the creation of Process Compliance Audit for fabric mills, trim suppliers, and functional factories.
∎ • Provide KPI’s and analysis on vendor/suppler performance to drive continuous improvement
∎ • Regional travel as needed
∎ • Provide Project Management support to QA and RM department, supporting and implementing change as requested by the Senior Manager of Product Integrity.
∎ • External communication with testing laboratories and various internal cross-functional partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Knowledge of tools and methodologies of QA/QC.
∎ • Experience with audit procedures and collaborating with vendors, testing laboratories and third-party sourcing agents.
∎ • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
∎ • Capable of creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ • Proficiency in computer skills and reporting of metrics.
∎ • Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
