∎ Candidates must be enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council.

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Yale Law Associates is a Leading Corporate Law Chamber. Its Clients are the
∎ prominent Banks, Financial Institutions & leading group of Companies of
∎ Bangladesh. A qualified senior associate lawyer is required who possesses strong
∎ determination, leading capacity & can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently and in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Knowledge of different sectors of law.
∎ Providing legal opinion on different issues including land & company matters.
∎ Lead & supervise the works of junior associates.
∎ Understanding all types of land documents in Bangladesh.
∎ Reviewing and vetting of land documents.
∎ Vetting & drafting of various contracts & other drafts.
∎ Drafting of various kinds of security documents relating to RJSC charge creation
∎ Providing legal opinion on different issues.
∎ Dealing with cases.
∎ Case related drafting etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 04 to 05 years working experience mainly related to the banking
∎ documentation.
∎ Must have working experience in Corporate Law.
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Well conversant with corporate documentation.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge with computer.
∎ Excellent writing skills in Bangla & English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive monthly remuneration (negotiable depending on experience).
