Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in computer science/Engineering from reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proficient in understanding of networking.
∎ Configure and maintain network servers like Mail, DNS, Proxy, Web, Database Server and Workstations.
∎ Configure and install Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, Firewall etc.
∎ Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP Phone, IP Camera, CCTV, Video Conference Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access Control Device.
∎ Support user, design LAN, MAN, WAN with Copper & Fiber and IP, update Web-site, Internet, Email services. Install & configure router, switch & firewall. Having knowledge in Network & Hardware.
∎ Monitor network to ensure security & availability. Perform server and security audits, system backup and recovery.
∎ Must have good knowledge and working experience in database management and MS SQL Server.
∎ Sound knowledge about computer hardware management.
∎ Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting (Computer Assembling, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, and Related Equipment etc.)
∎ Maintain proper documentation of work as per company policy.
∎ Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
∎ Ensuring all purchased software licensing is recorded and maintained.
∎ Company Web page maintenance & design, Domain & Hosting, Online sales management.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults; Identify and remedy of performance bottlenecks.
∎ Maintain all IT equipment including DVR, CCTV & Radio link/Optical fiber.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
