Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architectural engineering passing from any Engineering University in Bangladesh.

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Must have experience of Handling Large Scale & High-Rise Residential single or Double  Basement Project.     
• Must be familiar with Auto CAD & Sketch-up 
• Must have Experience in Preparing Master plan.   
• Expert in 3D Interior & Exterior
• Expert in Floor Measurement
• Expert in Rendering. 
• Professional Skill in Auto Cad, Sketchup, and Lumion 3D Rendering.
• Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage
• Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work.
• Drafting the drawings as required.
• Should have rich design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw material used.
• Must have knowledge in BNBC-2020.       
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• The candidate must have experience in Residential high-rise Building designing.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale Residential Project.
• Candidates with relevant awards or recognitions in the field will be given preference

Additional Responsibilities & Context·        

Design & Development:

• Lead the design and development of architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulations, and sustainability goals.·        

Project Leadership:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets.·        
• Manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.·        

Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and present design concepts. Ensure the architectural solutions align with client expectations and objectives.       

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.·       

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance on design and construction methodologies, including material selection, structural considerations, and environmental performance.·        

Quality Control:

• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and project documentation to maintain high-quality standards.·       

Innovation:

• Stay updated on Residential trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the design process.·        

Coordination & Communication:

• Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, Project & Site Engineer, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Architect to lead and contribute to the design, planning, and execution of large-scale masterplan projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, and Residential building planning, coupled with the ability to oversee complex multidisciplinary projects. This role involves creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling masterplans that align with the client’s vision and project goals         

• Conceptualize and develop large-scale, integrating planning, landscape design, and infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and demographic research to inform the Management.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·
• Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues·
• Meeting and Design presentation to client if required·
