3. Drawing, Civil Engineering, Construction Estimating, Designing, Labor Management, Project Management, Project Planning, QC & Compliance, Real Estate, Supervision

4. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

5. Experience in Real Estate works with minimum 4 or 5 Basement of High-rise Building.

6. Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.

8. Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.

1. Must have ability to handle a Condominium project with nine 14th storied building.

2. Preparation of the project schedule and Planning.

3. Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design,

4. schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.

5. Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.

6. Prepare the general conditions budget.

7. Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.

8. Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as

9. well as effectively lead the trades.

10. Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.

11. Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of

12. all site meetings.

13. Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within

14. the Consultant`s design drawings.

15. Monitor site safely and insure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and

16. Safety Act are enforced.

17. Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.

18. Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final

19. hold backs.

20. Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.

21. Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation directly owned

22. equipment on the job site in conjunction with the staff.

23. Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.

24. Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.

25. Ensure that "as built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during

26. the construction period and issue final close...outs to consultant/owner accordingly.

27. Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.

28. Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists
