Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transections, sales and expenses.
∎ Prepare & manage customer invoices while ensuring timely payment collection.
∎ Handle showroom cash transections, bank deposits and bank account reconciliations.
∎ Monitor suppliers payments and follow up the outstanding receivables.
∎ Ensure Compliance with VAT, Income TAX and other financial regulations.
∎ Maintain financial records related to showroom inventories, purchases and sales.
∎ Prepare periodical financial reports for management, Including profit & loss statement.
∎ Assist in budget preparation & monitor expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
∎ Handle customers financial queries, EMI processing & loan documentation.
∎ Execute additional duties assigned by supervisor.
