Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage monthly financial reporting for meeting the deadline. Analyzing financial data and monitoring internal controls.
∎ Managing financial transactions. Manage the daily cash inflow and outflow.
∎ Handle financial Audit and tax. Deal with Tax Authority, Bank, Bangladesh Central Bank, BIDA (Bangladesh Investment development Authority), RJSC (Register of Joint Stock Companies).
∎ Prepare the monthly accrual reporting and CRT reporting.
∎ Prepare FDI reporting for the Bangladesh central Bank.
∎ Reconcile the group payment and handle to clear the group liability. Check and disburse through online payment to the vendors and monthly salary / other payments.
∎ Develop and execute the new improvement for procurement strategies across all the channels of purchasing.
∎ Manage every aspect of the supply chain and mitigate the expense for the Company. Improve the inventory management system.
∎ Follow up and arrange to align the local procurement with global procurement guideline. Also arrange to meet the Regional objectives.
∎ Deal with Foreign Customers for getting the payment on time.
∎ Supervise COP team, check and maintain the invoice on time as well as to get the payment on time. Minimize/reduce the bad debt for the Company.

∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Working experience on SAP FICO Module, MM Module
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments/Textile, Third Party Testing, Inspection & Certification company (Quality/ Health/ Environment/ Compliance)
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Experiences in 3rd party Testing, Inspection & Certification companies will be given preference.
∎ Computer literacy (MS office with good typing speed, internet & email) is must.
∎ Excellent communication skill (verbal & written) in English is highly required.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Maintaining integrity, high morale, personal & business ethics.
∎ Ability to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.
∎ Represent company by professional, skilled and high ranked services to the client.
