Job Context:
∎ ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Security Supervisor for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox’s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise other Security Officers and conduct briefings for them
∎ Assign duties as per the instructions from Security Manager
∎ Prepare duty roster and conduct departmental orientation for new employees
∎ Coordinate with the local police
∎ Check the property on a daily basis for any damage or any incidents
∎ Guard entrance and exits and submit reports to the concerned authority daily
∎ Monitor designated areas on the closed CCTV
∎ Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are kept free of blockage at all times and ensure that fire and safety pieces of equipment are in their right places
∎ Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-4 Years in the same position in a reputable Hotel/Resort
∎ Ex Defense Personnel
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills
∎ Excellent team management skills
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Excellent customer service abilities
∎ The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a positive, proactive, and determined attitude. You will thrive through working in a busy environment and staying calm under pressure, having attention to detail
∎ Retired Army officers from Bangladesh Army will be given Preference
