Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline/ Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing adequate smart SGs, Cleaners to meet up the requirements.
∎ Monitoring the daily activities of SGs & Cleaner and maintain their duty rosters. Visit SGs post, give feedbacks & communicate with the concerned over phone when necessary & supervising administrative works of Security Services.
∎ Constantly visits the surroundings of the project from roof top to basement, staircase, lift lobby from the security and maintenance point of view. Inspect and maintain all the equipments of the projects i.e. Lift, Generator, Fire System, Walk through Metal Detector and Fountain.
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement of the company.
∎ Manage and organize vehicle parking and direct in and out of vehicle in orderly manner.
∎ Train-up security guards and develop security awareness among all security guards of the Project and ensure proper Uniform & Appearance.
∎ Cleaning and maintaining the office premises and ensure proper hygiene.
∎ Liaising with emergency services, e.g. police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues related to security management.
∎ Communicate with responsible persons to maintain Lift, Generator and other equipments of the project.
∎ Ensure generator fueling and other maintenance.
∎ Maintain the operation schedule of the fountain of the project.
∎ Motivate & counsel with the SSs on regular basis as they have to work round the clock as per demand, doing mock session on handling the Critical Issues, e.g. fire drill etc. & to be aligned with the company culture.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Hard working
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Good communication skill
