Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Degree in any reputed institution with adequate knowledge in security management.
∎ Non Commissioned officer from Bangladesh Defense Force will be given preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good commanding and control capability over the security department.
∎ Organizing the security department as per Company Security Policy and should be ensure company's safety.
∎ To train security guards and develop security awareness among all security personnel of the company.
∎ To ensure that the security personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately.
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement of the company.
∎ Introduce modern security equipments.
∎ Manage and organize vehicle parking and direct in and out of vehicle in orderly manner.
∎ Liaising with emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues related to security management.
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
∎ Respond to and investigate all complains or incidents related to security issues and report ensuring remedial actions.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience is mandatory. Fresh applicant should not to apply.
