∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Have a bachelor’s degree in one of the following subjects: International Relations, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Risk Management, or a related subject

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 5 years of relevant professional experience.
∎ Having held a commission in the Bangladesh Military up to the rank of Captain (Army) is desirable if combined with relevant practical work experience in the non-profit, humanitarian, or development sector.
∎ Professional experience in the development sector is required.
∎ Ability and readiness to travel across the country.
∎ Ability and readiness to be on call and available for incident/crisis management.
∎ Other knowledge, additional competences
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain good interpersonal and communication skills even then.
∎ Must be a strong team player, versed at working in a team of peers.
∎ Ability to work in an intercultural environment.
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Proficient with Information Technology including MS Office, emergency SRM systems, data and document management systems, mapping applications.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, in particular in networking.
∎ Have the ability to think and act quickly and effectively in response to an emergency.
∎ Have a good understanding of the threats to information security and how to mitigate those threats.
