Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree (Qualification may be relaxed in case of competent persons retired from Defense Service)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of merchandise, property and assets.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In-charge at different project locations.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years' experience in Security Management - (Relaxable in place of Computer skills)
∎ Excellent English Communication Skills
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel with knowledge of processing payments and salaries
∎ Preferable working experience in international companies.
Salary:
∎ BDT 35,000 to BDT 45,000 depending on experience & required skills
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per JV Policy
