Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of duty roster.
∎ Handling of visitors / outsiders / miscreants.
∎ Ensure uniform, Housekeeping, Floor Audit Preparation, - Floor production staff+ Admin Ensuring proper cheeking system
∎ Checking of proper closing of doors and windows, lights and factory.
∎ Check the area whether every thing in order or not.
∎ If any problem found the same to be noticed to the concerned authority without delay.
∎ Inquire the reason of entering by checking the chalan.
∎ Enter the details of other people who are not permitted to work in this area and issue a ID card.
∎ Hand over the duty to the reliever with everything OK.
∎ Sincere, honest and polite behavior. To check all relevant documents maintained by the Factory Security Elements. All errors, mistakes and deficiencies will be pointed out and rectified. Passed the professional training for security guard.
∎ Periodical on job training to strengthen the security awareness.
∎ Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
∎ Retired Army or BGB Officer

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
