∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of Adequate no of Quality full Guards, Caretakers & Cleaners to meet up the requirements, as we do not have any recruitment agency.
∎ Daily discussion among the Team Members about the status of Support Staff.
∎ Monitor and control field operations of support staff in the assigned Zone.
∎ Ensure implementation of security policies, duties & responsibilities.
∎ Visiting the assigned projects on Regular basis at day & Night.
∎ Supervising support staff activities and provide OJT (On the Job training).
∎ Maintain regular communication with the customer & project personnel, about performance of support staffs.
∎ Recruitment, Training & deployment of support staffs as per requirements.
∎ Dress distribution of security guards & monitoring they are properly maintained.
∎ Collect all Data (Attendance) needed for Salary Preparation of security guards, caretakers & cleaners. Preparing salary and disbursing through EFT.
∎ Collection of payment salary cheque from handed over projects.
∎ Maintaining OT duty, Shifting duty, Leave & transfer of Security Guard regularly.
∎ Continuously Hunting New ideas & initiatives for the improvement of our security department.
∎ Performing other Jobs as assigned by the Management time to time.
∎ Practice Core Values to establish our Company Culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in security and fire safety in real estate industry
∎ Must have motor bike
∎ Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should be efficient in MS Office
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Hard working
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Disruptive growth mentality.
