∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for defense or security background).
∎ Retired Armed Forces or Police personnel preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day security operations of the factory premises including entry/exit points, perimeters, warehouses, and production floors.
∎ Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
∎ Monitor all security systems including CCTV, access control.
∎ Ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.
∎ Implement effective access control for staff, visitors, vehicles, and vendors.
∎ Maintain logbooks and digital records of entries and exits.
∎ Investigate and report security breaches, thefts, or any suspicious incidents.
∎ Collaborate with local law enforcement or intelligence agencies when required.
∎ Ensure proper security of raw materials, finished goods, and critical assets.
∎ Ensure security practices comply with local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and industry standards (e.g., Accord, Alliance, and WRAP)
∎ Support internal and third-party audits related to security and compliance.
