• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field (Ex-army or defense person’s will get more privileges).

• Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP, CISM, or equivalent) are an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:

The Security Manager / Head of Security is responsible for find out loophole, strategic planning, implementation, and management of all security functions across corporate offices and factory/industrial sites. This role ensures the protection of employees, visitors, physical assets, intellectual property, and operational continuity by proactively managing risks, security systems, personnel, and emergency response programs.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated security strategy covering corporate offices, factories, warehouses, and production facilities.

• Establish security policies, SOPs, and standards aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Lead, manage, and mentor all security personnel, including in-house teams and outsourced security providers.

• Define security KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage security budgets, forecasting, and cost control while maintaining operational effectiveness.

Corporate & Industrial Security Operations

• Oversee physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, perimeter security, intrusion detection, and alarm monitoring.

• Ensure strict access management for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.

• Implement asset protection measures to prevent theft, sabotage, pilferage, and vandalism.

• Coordinate secure handling of sensitive documents, data centers, and executive protection (as required).

Factory & Production Facility Security

• Implement perimeter security, gate operations, and material movement monitoring.

• Control inbound and outbound movement of raw materials, finished goods, scrap, and high-value items.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to prevent loss and ensure compliance.

• Monitor contractor, labor, and shift-based workforce security within factory premises.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Conduct regular security risk assessments, vulnerability studies, and threat analyses.

• Support audits, inspections, and investigations related to security and loss prevention.

Incident Management & Emergency Response

• Lead investigations into security breaches, theft, accidents, or misconduct.

• Act as incident commander during emergencies such as fire, industrial accidents, civil unrest, or natural disasters.

• Coordinate emergency drills, fire evacuation exercises, and crisis simulations.

Technology & Intelligence

• Evaluate, deploy, and upgrade security technologies and surveillance systems.

• Analyze incident data, trends, and intelligence to mitigate risks proactively.

• Ensure cyber-physical coordination with IT teams for protection of critical infrastructure.

Training & Awareness

• Design and conduct security training, induction programs, and awareness campaigns.

• Train employees and contractors on security protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Promote a strong safety and security culture across corporate and factory environments.
