Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

HSC or Bachelor’s degree. Ex-Bangladesh Ansar or police preferred.

• Age At least 28 years

• 5+ years in industrial security, 2+ years as Supervisor.

• Certification: Basic security training from recognized institute.

1. Purpose Of The Position
Supervise shift-wise security teams to enforce access control, patrolling, and incident first-response for uninterrupted factory operations.

2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Lead a team of guards during assigned shift with clear post allocation.

• Verify identity, vehicle documents, and material gate passes personally.

• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or unauthorized entries immediately.

• Conduct roll call and equipment check (walkie-talkie, torch, baton) before shift.

• Ensure guard discipline, uniform, and attendance compliance.

• Escort cash, high-value goods, or VIP visitors as required.

• Report security lapses, missing keys, or unlogged entries in writing.

• Operate and reset basic access control and CCTV console.

• Coordinate shift handover with incoming supervisor in detail.

• Assist Security In-charge during internal investigations.
