Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Retired armed forces (Bangladesh Army/Navy/ Air Force/Police) preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
7+ years in industrial security, 3+ years as In-charge.
Certification: Certified Security Supervisor (CSS) or equivalent.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Purpose Of The Position
Lead site security operations to protect assets, personnel, and data. Drive zero-security incidents while optimizing guard force cost-effectively.
2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Deploy physical security protocols across all shifts and entry points.
Monitor CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems in real-time.
Conduct random patrols and vulnerability assessments weekly.
Enforce vehicle, material, and personnel movement checks strictly.
Lead incident response, documentation, and law enforcement liaison.
Manage third-party security guard agencies for performance and billing.
Audit visitor logbooks, key registers, and handover/takeover records.
Coordinate with HR for employee background verification.
Drive security awareness campaigns for theft, sabotage, and pilferage.
Prepare daily incident reports and monthly security dashboards.
Coordinate with outsourced security personnel within AOR.
